\r\nWe (Prasad, Alvina, and Leela) have been teaching meditationfor many years. Prasad and Leela became disciples of Osho, an IndianEnlightened Master, in 1977, and led meditation and healing groupsunder Osho\u2019s guidance since 1978. Alvina, also a disciple of Osho,joined Prasad in 1987 and the three of us have worked together sincethen, in Pune, India, in Sedona, and other parts of the USA, Canada,and all around Europe, Scandinavia, and Japan.
\r\n
\r\nWe understood from listening to Osho how important it is to integratemeditation with living life in as beautiful a way as possible. Together, the three of us have combined our gifts and talents to createmany beautiful programs designed to bring the blessings of meditationtogether with the practical living of life with as much sensitivity andawareness as possible.
\r\n
\r\nFirst we talk together, and share our different ideas. Then we startexperimenting on ourselves with different exercises or meditativetechniques. We share what we each experience, and refine the processesand exercises. Then we spend more time experimenting until we see whatworks well and gives good results. Then we find friends or otherpeople who want to experiment and try the methods with them. Weincorporate their experiences and feedback into the development of theprograms. Finally when it is refined to fit most people, we startpresenting it openly to students who have been with us before, and tonew people. We continue refining it and changing it for individualcases when necessary.

\r\nFor example since the recent Earthquake – Tsunami – Nuclear Crisis inthe north of Japan, we created a new Essential Life Consulting Sessionto help people during this difficult time. It helps people become morecentered and intelligent in dealing with whatever difficulties they arefacing.
