\r\nIn Osho\u2019s book, \u201cMeditation: the First and Last Freedom\u201d, you find many meditation techniques that you can experiment with that can help you expand your awareness.

\r\nBy expanding your awareness you become centered in who you really are.
\r\nWe suggest trying different techniques for a few days and situations in which you can practice being more aware and notice which techniques and situations are easiest and enjoyable. Easy is right. Then stay with what you like for a longer period of time so you can build a momentum and actually get some recognizable results. After some time, you may want to move on to a different technique. Use your intuition to guide you in this.

\r\nWhatever technique you use, remember to approach meditation with a relaxed and open attitude towards yourself. Whatever you become aware of, simply allow it to be, watching it without judging yourself and trying to make it different. In this relaxation your heart will open and you will more and more become aware of your deeper nature. At your center it is peaceful, silent and you are in the pure space of love. Then you can live your life, centered, full of energy, moving through life with loving awareness.
