\r\nNotice how your heart energy is activated simply by paying attention to it. As you feel your heart allow it will naturally expand.
\r\nYou can even imagine the heart opening like a flower. Allow your vision to take on the feeling tone of your heart.
\r\nLet your vision expand like your heart is expanding and opening.
\r\n
\r\nNow look at a situation where you feel confused with the expanded open vision.
\r\nNotice if there is anything new that you see now that wasn\u2019t available before.
\r\n
\r\n\u201cWhen I look at my situation with my vision connected to my heart, I\u2019m less judgmental, less condemnatory, less rejecting, and suddenly I recognize that I was seeing the situation or another person as an enemy, which was not accurate.
\r\nNow I see things as they are with a much more clear sense of reality.
\r\nWhen I make decisions based on more correct seeing, I have better results.
