In this meditation exercise you are taking another step in human evolution. What was necessary for survival before is changing, and what will help us survive now is wholeness and being more connected to our true nature.<\/p>\r\n
This exercise brings more balance to your brain in perceiving not only the painful aspects of life but also the beautiful experiences. This gives wholeness to your life.<\/p>\r\n
Often in our busy day we get into stress and it is easy to mainly focus on trying to solve the everyday problems and challenges we all face.<\/p>\r\n
Try something different. In any moment you like, notice if there is something you are experiencing that you can enjoy. It can be as simple as looking at a photo of a loved one on your desk, or smiling at a person when you are shopping, or the pleasure of making a good meal for a friend or family.<\/p>\r\n
You don\u2019t have to stop what you are doing or take time to do something different. You are simply shifting your focus to something in your experience in the moment that you can enjoy.<\/p>\r\n
