\r\nWithin your heart center is a deep knowing that can be accessed with this simple meditation exercise. Connecting with your heart gives you a feeling of empowerment, self-respect and integrity. Even if later you think you made a mistake, having connected to your heart will give you a feeling that you cared for yourself or others in the best way you could.

\r\nWhen you are not sure of what to do, simply ask yourself:

\r\nSometimes it is easier to recognize what is best for you if you reverse the question, for example:

\r\n\u30fbBuy this?
\r\n\u30fbDo this?
\r\n\u30fbEtc. Etc. Etc.
\r\n
\r\nOften you will immediately have a clear answer of \u201cYes\u201d or \u201cNo\u201d.
\r\nThe answer may come as a feeling, you may hear the answer inside, or you may have an image representing the answer. Play with this, experiment. If you don\u2019t get a clear answer, sometimes you simply have to do one thing and see what happens.

\r\nWhether you are satisfied or dissatisfied with the choice you made, you are becoming more sensitive to your own feelings of what is good for you. Eventually you will come to a deep trust in yourself.
